Hello overdosis of synths, hello lovely falsetto that doesn’t sound like before but is still somewhat there. Passion Pit are back! Take A Walk is the first single taken from the band’s forthcoming new album Gossamer, which is out on July 24. Passion Pit surely don’t sound like they did on Manners anymore, as Take A Walk has a proper “band”- instead of “laptop”-vibe. It’s a long cry from Sleepyhead, yet still quite enjoyable.
I want a tattoo of the Egyptian Ennead on my chest and I want to get my nips and belly pierced. To achieve this, my goal is to work all summer. I also want to raise enough money to move into a cheap in-law/studio/apartment place by next fall. I think of these things when I canvass to give me the extra edge to win people over.
